Hi everyone! I just registered and hope that this site will help me keep on track to a 100 lb weight loss :) I lost about 60 lbs a year and a half ago but have since gained it all back...I can't let that happen again. I am hoping to start a journal and post everyday about my food consumption and exercise habits for the day. If you guys could subscribe and keep me on top of my game that would be great!
