Hello everyone! I am new to this website but not new to trying to lose weight.. I was 120lbs 2 years ago and i am now back up to 155! I joined a gym in september and went a grand total of 10 times.. i am the queen of excuses but enough is enough!! I plan on going back to the gym and trying to stay away from my beloved cupcakes!!

Do you have a friend that would go to the gym with you!?! I find that helps me loads :)

I dont have anybody to go to the gym with me but i watch glee on my phone and time does seem to go faster lol. My problem isnt at the gym.. its getting there. Once im on the couch sometimes nothing will get me moving again.. i will definetly have to work on that
 
Hi cupcakelover my downfall in chocolate! I don't need a lot, but like a piece every now and then. Even if you can't get someone to go to the gym with you. Make a list of the things you do every time you go to the gym, this will also help you. You will aways meet people at the gym that will talk to you. I was a couch potato today!
