My name's Rochella, but I prefer to be called Rocky. I'm 17, 5ft 5 and weigh 144lb. I want to lose 44lb.
I've started getting up at 5:30am and jogging but I can only manage half an hour before I'm too tired to do anymore. Although, I only started jogging today so hopefully this'll improve over time.
I'm going to improve my diet; I don't eat much junkfood usually but lately I've been binging a lot and gained a lot of weight. I'm going to cut junkfood, bread and cheese out of my diet, aswell as juice and fizzy drinks, and I'm going to cut back on milk and most other dairy products too (bar fat free yoghurts).
I'm also going to alternate my exercise routines, i.e., next week I'll do a week of swimming, the week after a week of badminton, rather than jogging all the time because I'm scared I'll end up getting bored and giving up.
Does this sound like a decent, do-able diet plan to you guys? I've had problems with my eating in the past, and used to fast for long periods of time (longest I got was 23 days) but stopped when I lost most of my hair. That's when the binging started and I gained a ton of weight.
