I'm so glad I found this community. I was just reading as a non-member for a while, but today I finally decided to bite the bullet and ask for help/advice.
So, umm, I probably should have read rules of posting in certain places because I don't have a clue if I can share/ask stuff in this topic LOL

Well you can ask anything you want here really. But most likely you will get redirected to the proper forum.
May i suggest reading some of the stickies in the different forums and also starting a food diary on the diary page.

what are some of your questions?

Welcome to our forum, yes it is best to read the rules and stickies. Start a diary/journal....Good Luck:seeya:
