Hi everyone! *waves*
I'm Leonie, 26 years old from the Netherlands and I'm trying to lose weight.
Currently I'm doing aerobics and floor exercises 5x times a week for 2 hours each.
This involves an aerobic routine from a dvd (Rosemary Conley Brand New You) & some extra squats/lunges and crunches (on a Togu-dyn air).
And I count calories and eat no more than 1500 to 1700 cals a day.
I've already lost quite some weight, I went from a (UK) 22 to a 14/12 in about a year but now I've reached a bit of a plateau so I decided to join a forum
