Hello, My name is Sara. I have been reading threads for a while. I finally decided to write a starting one.
I used to dance competitivly for a long time so i never really gained any weight, and didnt really care what i was eating. When i stopped dancing, i was working at daycamps and kept busy and lost a lot of weight. Then it all came on fast. I have now caught myself and am trying to get me back on course. I dont have a whole lot to lose but I would like to lose about 15-20 pounds.
I have started with my diet. I am eating alot healthier than i used to. I am enjoying it. For example, instead of have a 100 calories snack pack like before, ill have fruit. I dont really eat red meat and I am getting better at portion sizes. I intake about 1400-1500 on the good days. It can get higher, so i watch myself. I am scared of not eating enough and not being able to lose any weight. To me its more of losing it in a good way and not going to the extreme.
I work out average 4 times a week, sometimes more. I try to get at least 2000-2500 extra calories burnt every week, on top of everyday things.
