I am new here I am 19 years old and would like to lose at least 70 pounds before this upomming summer. I need to because in the fall I start college and would like to take some ballet classes.
My first suggestion would be to read the sticky posts in all the various forums. There's lots of great information that can be gotten from those posts.
Also register for a free account at fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and start tracking your foods. The key to losing weight is managing your food - learning to eat healthy foods in healthy amounts.
