My name is suzanne.I just turned 46.I have always been into fitness.May I please join your group?I am just starting to workout out more after a back injury awhile back that acts up sometimes when I over do it so I am starting off slowly walking and toning for a few weeks so I can start working out to my exercise video's again.I also love to walk outside as much as I can.I have not been doing well at all with my diet.I will now.

I am 49 years old and recently lost 36 pounds...so, proof that us older chicks can still drop the weight! You will have to start slow with the exercise, given your back injury. But, any activity is better than none!
