i am glad to join this great forum ...... i like all of you have joined in hope of losing some weight ......

i currently weigh 100 Kilos .... i am 25 years old ... and wanna get it down to 70 .....

i hope to get as much help as you can offer .......

from today that is 26th of march where i live i will go on a strict diet and exercise routine ....

my cousin's wedding is on june the 26th and i plan to weigh 81 by then ....


i chose nosferatu coz i look like one right now :leaving:

hmm... maybe you should name yourself after what you want to be, instead of putting yourself down? just a thought
