It's nice to meet you :) That fact that you're here is a good step towards losing weight.
However, I'm a little worried about the goals you have set for yourself :(
If you're 5'9 and weigh 145, then your BMI is at about 21.4, which is in the normal weight range.
At this point, I might focus more on just toning your body rather than on the pure numbers. You are a healthy weight, if you're still unhappy with how you look, then toning up your body would definitely change that.
I'm just curious, why is 121lbs your goal weight? That would leave you at a BMI of 17.9, which is definitely in the "underweight" category for your height, which could lead to some serious health problems.

Maybe try squeezing in some pilates in the morning, or a few minutes of weight training every day to try and lean up/tone your muscles. I know you said you don't have any time for working out, but I've found that once you start working out, you end up making time for it because exercising and seeing results is definitely addicting.

Good luck with your journey, and let me know how it turns out!
Ellie
