Hello to all ? m happy to be here. I want to loose some weight but ? could not manage & ? always look like the same with the change of 5 kilos. Please open my mind with ur suggestions

i have lots about 64 pounds and still see no diffrence in myself.

5kg is a loss, of course its there. You will always be the last one to see it, but its a great drop!!!

even though you cant tell keep going one day you will wake up and look at yourself and wonder where half of you went!

Im a student and have no option to healty foods in school with no meal at home, how could you done this? The diet foods really help?

it's not about "diet foods" persay.

You need to know exaclty what your putting into your body.
I didn;t realize how much of an effect everytihng I ate had on me until I bgan weighing myself on a daily basis and watching the numbers on the scale change based on the food I ate the day before.
Read labels. And don't jsut watch calories, watch sodium, carbs, and sugar.
You don't want more then about 375 mg of sodium a sitting, 20 grams of carbs nand the less sugar the better.

Or even better eat fresh foods only.
It sounds expensive but its easy! Buy some whole wheat wraps, lettuce, cheese, and veggies and you have lunch for the week! (Chicken would be a good protein to throw in your wrap as well)

Try to stick with fruit for breakfast because it digests so quickly giving your body the chance to work on your next meal.

and for dinner have starch, fats, protein and veggies. it's easy to eat fresh foods and cost effective if you plan ahead.

sounds good, in fact fresh foods are cheaper here. you are so experinced really, and one more thing, what about sports. I hate getting tired and wet and can not go to fitness its expensive. Dancing on my own at home can help me to loss weight? ? really want to be thin and wear what ? want

I havnet worked out much since I started my weight loss.
but I need to start doing it so I can continue to have big drops.

moving your body period will help for sure.

I got an elliptical trainer, and I do 3o minutes a day and i have noticed a huge diffrence in my strength. br creative and do what you can! I'm probabley not the best person to be talking to on this site about work outs.

When I first started I had no clue, I took a stepping stool and jsut started stepping up and down. Start slow, dont over do it. Get one of those big bouncy balls for push ups and sit ups ect. Or get a yoga DVD. These are all tips to get started with, like I said theres some very knowledegable people on this site who can tell you all sorts of great work out tips!

You will do great!
