Hi

Well I thought i'd say hi properly as i've been ready the forum's for a while, So I've actually registered now.
I'm 12stone 5ft8 guy from the uk. I was almost 13st about 6 weeks ago, I have been able to cut down my weight easily by cutting out things like the cider, and instead of the flapjack's at work I'll eat carrot sticks instead.
I'm not overly active, but I am now trying to get toned up for the summer. As the actual weight doesn't bother me at all, it's how I feel and how I think I look.
so any advice is greatfully received as id like to tone my upper body - as i'm currently not a member of a gym...
