hi i am still only new here & still getting to know the site so here goes.On 03feb09 i was 18st13lb(120.2kg) i cut out alcohol,milk,white bread,potatoes,sweets,choc,etc and started walking everywhere,i then got into swimming,& now swim 40 x25 mts 3 times a week,i also cycle 15km the other 3 days,i am now since 26/5/ 15st5.6lb(97.8kg) and hopefully want to get down to 14st,i am now more educated more about what i eat & watching cals intake.but it is getting harder to loose the extra pounds anybody got any ideas,do i exercise more or eat less also sick of drinking water.thanks enjoy being here:newbie:
