Hi Everyone! I’m Tracey! I’m a bubbly, energetic, talkative person and I’m definitely not a stranger to weight loss or forums for that matter. I’ve struggled with weight since I was about 10 year old, and had a very clear understanding of body image since that age as well. I’ve struggled with anorexia and other ED’s probably a good chunk of my life. I’ve weighed anywhere from 100 to 150 in the past 6 years, and I am trying to find a happy balance. I am about 140 right now, and my weight has fluctuated between 128 and this weight in the past 2 months and as you can tell I’m not to pleased which is why I am here. BUT I am trying to love myself and the journey I figure I can take to lose weight. My only downfall is I tend to start back my old ways and stop eating but I’m trying my hardest to be normal and find a healthy eating plan for me. As well I used to exercise non stop, and at the moment am a pile of laziness. SO that has to change as well!

I hope I can make friends here, and find the support I need to lose weight. My Goal Weight is about 110 lbs, I hope to reach this by my 22nd birthday November 16th 2009.

If you're only 22 and your weight has gone up and down that much it is actually quite reasonable. Six years ago you were only 16. You may not have even been finished growing or developing by that age. So its not at all unreasonable in my opinion.

Good luck on your journey though, each one is unique and challenging. :)
