Hi a little about myself.
Im 16, and a junior in high school. I have huge love handles that ive never seen on anyone, and because of this, i am so self conscious i do not like to go to the beach or pool.

Ive come here to seek help after many failed attempts of losing this big tire around my waist. im 5'9 and weigh about 200 pounds.
I dont know what exercise to do, or what diet would be best. Help would be very much appreciated.
