It seems like every winter I gain a new layer of fat and don't get it all off, so here I am overweight.

I've always had large hips and butt, but had a slim stomach, but now it's covered with pudge. I'm 5'4" and 160 pounds. I'm not sure exactly how much I want to lose, but it's somewhere between 20 and 35.
 
My goal is to lose weight by controlling my eating. I eat too often and too much when I'm stressed or bored. I also need to be more consistent with exercising.

hey.. welcome to the forum... is there any particular food that u crave more than others.. identifying that might help..
