Hey my name is Jack and im new to the forum

ive read lots of posts and i am really impressed at some of the support and help that can be given. I also looked at before and after pictures and they motivate me alot :)

I will be posting a new thread soon in a diffrent section for anyone who cares explaining my current situation and stats :)
