I am new here i am 27 i have put alot of weight on since having my kids !!!
Anyway i am 88kg and hoping to get down to 60kg
I have recently started swimming and the gym so i hope it will be coming of soon

Congrats on starting at the gym and swimming, AND on joining the forum! What all are you doing in the gym? If you don't have something already worked out, there is a whole bunch of great information on this site that may help you get into a routine that really benefits your body. Starting a diary is also a great way to keep track of your weight loss and get feedback from members!
