Sorry if I upset anyone by not knowing the rules but I'm a bit new at this. Anyway my background is having lived in parts of Asia and south west Pacific and a keen sportsman have assimilated a lot of experiences in watching my weight fluctuate in direct accordance with varying food items, ie, Fresh, whole foods versus processed ones as a random example. That's not new in itself but it didn't matter which book I read, the information didn't seem to be aimed at the man on the street but to another qualified doctor or top grade dietitian. When I could see for myself the changes take place in me without even trying, as the saying goes 'the penny dropped', and I began to write down the information so that pretty much anyone that can read would understand.
