Hi! This is all new to me, I have no idea what I am doing! lol I'm just wanting to talk to someone, who needs to, or has lost alot of weight (200+) I'm probaly the only one! lol
you have to start somewhere and it's really not that complicated as long as you're ready to make the lifestyle change... Since may of 2006 - I've lost 185lbs, with about 60 lbs to go... just take it day by day and you can get to where you want to be... though there are some weeks it seems like a neverending journey... there's really no turning back once you've started and committed to it.
