Hi, I'm new here. I've tried to diet before, but I'm really trying to make it stick this time. I've been overweight since I can remember, and at 21 can't wait to feel good about the way I look.
My new motivation is going to school to work with/study marine mammals, and the only way I'm ever getting in a wet suit is if I'm thinner. I'm also moving back to FL in November, and want to lose around 50 lbs by then... however, the long term goal is 130-125.
So far I've been drinking only water, taking a multi-vitamin, working out 5 times/week, and eating about 1200 calories, I really feel like I'm on the right track.
Hopefully having support here will help to keep me motivated and reach my goals!
