Hi I'm John. I found these forums yesterday and decided to sign up. I'm well over 200 lbs right now and wanna get in shape. I haven't excersized in years. I read about the HIIT and will probably do that along with weight training with my new Bowflex Selecttech dumbbells.
I've got this real big beer belly right now. It's annoying and half my pants don't fit anymore. I got one question to start with tho. Is that HIIT as good as any other cardio? I found this a while back and I get chest burns often. They go away after going a few days without drinking.
