hi!

hey, just to explan a bit about me, lol. Last year i lost about a stone, over the year, which was great. However over this year my eating habits have gotten very bad and irregular, eg not eating, eating too much, feeling guilty, ETC. Att present i binge and then feel very guilty and exercise aover an hour on my exercise bike or elliptical. However im determined to stop doing this and to get healthier eating habits.

i am about 140 pounds now (put on weight), although im kinda muscley, but fat aswell. As a result of my excess calories from binges whenever i binged and exercised, i just seemed to gain muscle and fat around my legs, both quads and calfs. Im looking to tone up and also lose weight and mainly to get some regular healthy eating habits back again.

And thats about it really! Any comments or advice would be muchly appreciated, thanks:)
 
Its good you already recognise what you have been doing is wrong! There is a huge amount of information on this forum regarding fat loss. Have a look around and use the search facility. If you still have questions, start a thread in the relevant section.
