Hi Im Peggy. Im a stay at home mom. I have 2 kids. I gained alot of weight with my first child and lost it all with the help of ephedra.But oviously they took that off the market...good thing. I had my second child 8 months ago. I gained 65 lbs during my pregnancy and have managed to loose 30. But that last 35 lbs just keeps hanging in there. lol. Plus I was already overweight before I got pregnant so my goal is actually to loose 60 lbs.
If anyone has any good weight loss suggestions please feel free to let me know. Especially if you have any suggestions of ways to work out at home seeing as how thats where I usually am!:D

I actually have some advice for you. Before I joined the gym I used to work out a lot at home. If your into videos try THE FIRM its excellent!!!!!!!

I used it and loved it.....there are some other great dvds out there too...

Welcome to the best supporter and motivator i know THIS FORUM!
For me i am choosing to eat healthier and excersice. i usually burn out but i am learning to pace myself every day.you are worth it! Start with a regimne, i can't spell. and twick it if you have to. there are many method on here in various forums. good luck
