:) Hi, I'm new to the forum. Where can I find that measuring tape that shows your present weight, and your target weight? Basically at home we been eating healthy, walking 30 mins per day, and my son and I bench press 3x per week, also added running today. My weight has been up and down. I weigh 213 lbs and need to drop to about 150 lbs as I'm 5'6". I read one thread that suggested lots of water. I would like to find info on a no sugar diet, cardio exercises, and running.
Thanks,
Paul

Hey Paul, nice to have you hear. I don't know how to do that measuring tape thing, but I am sure someone will chime in.

Weight training is a very under-rated part of a weight loss plan. You should be doing more than bench press. Doing only bench not only limits the impact resistance training has while dieting, it also can lead to injury as you are neglecting all other parts of the body.

Can we call you don quixote? I love man of lamancha..

no singingit's impossible though - anything is possible :D

i think you want the weight loss table
http://weight-loss.fitness.com/wl_table.php

that's where you can keep track of your weights

if not check the thread about tickers to put that into your signature
