Hello,
I joined this forum a while back but have only recently committed to losing weight and getting in shape. I have been on several diets but seem to do best on weight watchers. At this time I have decided to just count calories and eat sensibly. I am going to allow myself around 1600 calories per day. To some that may sound like too much but I know that when I am not dieting I eat alot more than that. I will also try and have days where I eat just 1200-1400 per day just to shake things up a bit. I really look forward to being a part of this forum.
