Hi ya

Hi there, my names Loo, I'm 41 years old married with two kids. It was only a couple of years ago that I was weighing in at 94kgs, but I'm happy to say that after my dh got me an elliptical trainer, I started to make life style changes with diet and exercise. OK a bit too slow I admit. I'm now weighing in around 74/5Kgs (wi will be this Monday) and I have this magic number of 68Kgs in my head which I would like to reach by xmas.

I'm 5ft 8, and I'm trying to give myself a bit of a kick up the butt with the exercise, this summer I was so lazy and gained back 4kg that I had previously lost.

I cycle whenever I get the opportunity, the elliptical as I mentioned before, Tae Bo cardio, abs and weights at home and I'm now trying my hand or legs at power walking / jogging. I managed almost 8kms this morning, a record for me and boy did I feel good afterwards.

My diet is pretty good compaired to a couple of years ago. But I can binge which blows all my hard work, I seem to be losing and gaining the same kilos over and over. But its time to change the pattern!!

Anyway thats enough about me, I'm gonna try and have a look around the tonight (when the kids are asleep) to get to know you all.
