I used to be very fat as a kid and lost a lot of weight when I was conscripted. Now I'm back to my chubby days.
Trying to keep up with the physical exercises and hope to find new motivation here. I don't really like to exercise so I'm always trying to find new short cuts to losing weight.
Yeah, I'm real lazy but fortunately I have a good friend as a personal trainer who keeps pushing my lazy bum.
Anyway, hope to learn and share any weight-loss tips with the rest of the people here.
