Hello to everyone in this forum. Looks like this is an active weight loss group.

I used to be very fat as a kid and lost a lot of weight when I was conscripted. Now I'm back to my chubby days. :mad:

Trying to keep up with the physical exercises and hope to find new motivation here. I don't really like to exercise so I'm always trying to find new short cuts to losing weight.

Yeah, I'm real lazy but fortunately I have a good friend as a personal trainer who keeps pushing my lazy bum.

Anyway, hope to learn and share any weight-loss tips with the rest of the people here.

I can feel what you are feeling now. But I would like to advice you please don't try to take any diet or program where promise can lose weight in short time. In practically that are not good way to lose weight. There are not permenant. Wether you like or not you have to do exercise. Do it slowly. Start with simple exercise first. That is the natural way to loss weight and it safe. I have read many article about weight loss program. Many of them advice exercise is the best way to reduce the body weight.
