"HI" to everyone........My name is Shelby. I joined the forum a few days ago and I am in the process of trying to start a daily reducing diary with little success. I am not too clever when it comes to computers and cannot figure out how to get to the diary section, and then if I ever do find my way there, what I do to post my first entry and how do I find my way back to my personal diary site the next day to post my next entry? I feel I must be the most computer hopeless case on this whole entire site!!!!

If anyone could please help me with creating a reducing diary, I would be extremely grateful!

Its ok, we've all been there! I'll help you out as much as I can!

Ok, to get to the diary section go to the home page of the WLF..then scroll down till you see "weight loss diaries" (or something similar) then click on that...once you get into the diary section, towards the top of the page it will say "start new thread" click on that...that is the start of your diary. Post whatever you want..a little intro about yourself, what kind of diet or excersize program you'll be doing....um,whatever...i mean, check out other peoples diaries and see what they write about.

To find your diary the next day, or hour, whatever, just either go back to the diary section and scroll down to find it, or you can click on "newposts" at the top of each page...that will take you to any post that was made since the last time you were on...and if someone has posted in your diary, you'll find your diary there too.
