Hey, it’s Joe pickering , but jut call me joe , for the moment i weight 178 lbs my goal for this year is to lose 15lbs .as you see i'm interessted in fitness .in addition i love footlball and i play a lot . Look forward to your support !! :azzangel:

I would say have a look at the weight loss forum. There are some great posts there, especially the one by Goldfish which is ideal for safe generic weight reduction.
 
Hey Joe! I don't know if you've heard of the phone app called "Myfitness Pal" I use it all the time it's a great way to track your diet! If i were you I would eat as you regularly eat for a week making sure you record your diet for the day and then the next week try to balance out your macronutrients for the calories that you're eating. Once you have that down start removing some calories each week so you can begin to put your body into a healthy caloric deficit that will yield you great results! try starting off by removing 250 calories each day for the first week and continue to do so until you are about 500 calories below your caloric intake for maintenance. Once you are in a 500 calorie deficit each day you should begin to drop about a pound of fat per week (3,500 calories=1lb). Just continue with your 500 calorie deficit until you plateau then slowly remove more calories when needed until your goal is reached =) feel free to let me know if you need any help with training or macronutrient breakdown i'd be glad to help.
