I have decided it is time to get serious about my fitness goals. I did well in 2010, I even got to a point that I felt good then lost focus. I need support and I want to start holding myself accountable for both exercise and diet. I have even gone so far as to start my own blog. I look forward to making new friends and seeing all the success stories
