Hello..I'm einz from Malaysia.
I had tried to lose some weight since almost about 10 years now.
never succeed, everytime i started a weight loss program it's only end up half track.
my weight now is about 91kg, my goal is 65kg.I hope I'm getting some advice from here to reach that target..
