Hello all,

My name is Mike, I'm 24, 6'3", and 262lbs. I'm here to skulk around in the darkness, and make occasional comments...oh yeah, imma lose some weight too. :eek:

I plan to lose as much weight as possible in the shortest time possible. I'll be leaving to teach English in South Korea in a few months and I don't do well in the relatively warm weather we have here....so I think I need to get it in gear and lose this extra insulation. I've been lifting for years and a lot of my weight is muscle, but I think I can manage to drop to 210-220lb.

The main focus right now is to increase my lifts for a couple weeks while slowly decreasing daily caloric intake and also increasing cardio. I have a 5 day a week routine with sat and sun being my off days. The routine works well, but I think I'm going to have to work a little more cardio time into it; it's mainly geared towards building muscle (which i don't mind), but on a tighter schedule it won't leave much time for running and such.

Anyways, enough rambling for now...
