Hi there!

Hello, my name is Nour, I'm from Canada. I'm 23 years old, and currently weight at 264lbs. I started my weight loss earlier this year, for a couple of months, lost like 10 lbs, gain a couple lbs back, but had quit in lat march, due to work, lack of motivation, discipline, belief in myself. But now I'm in it for the long hall, now I want it really bad. i want to be healthy, and to have the utmost confidence in myself. I'm looking to drop about 70 lbs in about a years time. It wont be easy, but anything worth while doesn't come easy.

Looking through this forum, there's a lot of inspiring members and stories. Its nice to be in a forum with people who have been, or are currently, in my shoes. So hopefully I'll be inspired here(which I already am :D), and hopefully in the future I can inspire others.

Glad to hear you're ready to take the plunge. Be sure to read the relevant stickies. And remember: it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle revolution. :D Guillotine a bad habit every couple weeks or month, and pretty soon there won't be any left.
