Hi there

New member here. Ive been hanging around at some cycling forums but find most of the info there is far and few between. Seems more like a place to avoid working.:11doh: Anyway, Im trying to improve my fitness for cycling and racing and this place seems to have alot of good info. I look forward to making some progress. Ive battled lower back problems for years so Ive been digging around for core workouts to hopefully stabilize the problem.

I am looking to get into bicycle racing next year and have spent most of this year preparing for that. I have been disappointed with the training aspects of most cycling forums as they are only interested in fitness as it pertains to cycling and I am interested in whole body fitness.

Thanks for the welcome. I need more then just cycling fitness. My back problems cause alot of problems if I dont take time to keep my core strong and balance the muscle strength that comes from cycling. Im always interested in learning more about nutrition also.
