Hi there!

1. Goals: My goal is to get in shape. I have suffered with an eating disorder for years, and now I'd like to be a normal, healthy weight and have normal, and healthy goals.

2. Your current level of fitness, experience, etc.... I have worked out for a year at the gym, but will be doing exercises at home now. I just want to stay healthy.

3. Your current stats. I'm 21 years old, female, 5"2 and 130 lbs.
