Hello everyone, I am Nicola and I have been battling weight loss and increasing fitness for years. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and I am trying to avoid replacement surgery, I work out at the gym, do weight training and swim (not as often as I should). It's a vicious circle because all this activity hurts like hell but without it I would be extremely heavy and walking with a cane.

I have recently gone gluten free as well......it's been 3 weeks, I read somewhere gluten contributes to joint pain. I am looking for any tips or to share my experiences, oh with the lack of gluten I dropped 8 lbs in 2 weeks. But boy some nights I crave hot buttered toast lol.
