I have lost a nice bit of weight in the last year and am looking at venues that will keep me motivated to maintain my weight. Losing is easy is easy for me, I'm quite competitive and having a goal, I'll do it. Maintaining is a challenge and I'm determined to make this loss my last adventure in weight loss for the rest of my life.
Some personal info; I'm 4'11 and I belly dance daily for exercise. Sometimes it's only for 15 minutes, other days (depending on lessons and performance events) up to 1 1/2 hours. The 15 minute days outnumber the others due to work demands. I've set a daily calorie range of 1150-1250 and a weight range of 104-109. I have a small frame (wrist is <6") and have been maintaining 104-105 for almost 2 months now. BMI (if you're into that kind of thing) is ~21%, so healthy range. Recent labs from my check up a few weeks ago have me at optimal health with no medications. I feel great, look good and want to stay this way.
