Hello, my name is Daniel. I'm an 18 year old college student who is looking to better himself. I'm 5' 11. My starting weight was 260 pounds. I have currently lost 14 pounds over Christmas Break, and I'm looking to lose around 40-45 more. To do this, I have restricted myself to 1,500 calories a day, and so far, as you can see, it's working.
