Hello, my name is Daniel. I'm an 18 year old college student who is looking to better himself. I'm 5' 11. My starting weight was 260 pounds. I have currently lost 14 pounds over Christmas Break, and I'm looking to lose around 40-45 more. To do this, I have restricted myself to 1,500 calories a day, and so far, as you can see, it's working. :)

What are your goals/methods?
 
Congrats on the weight loss, that's very impressive, especially during the holidays. Don't be afraid to bump up your calories a bit. It's generally better to lose the weight slowly but surely.

I have one day a week called Wing Wednesday where I meet with my friends and their parents. We order anywhere from 140-200 wings, and eat as many as we want. Surprisingly, I haven't held back on these days, yet I've still lost weight. This is my "free" day, I guess you'd call it, and that's the day I don't even count the calories.

Side note: 92 pounds??? 3 to go!?! Congratulations, man!
