So i am new on here right, just looking for some answers. I really was upset that i weighed 130 pounds. I am quite young too so i knew i would be able to lose weight. I started really noticing how everyone would tell me how i would have a big bum and i was just sick off it. So i decided to do something about it. I was so serious that i went on a 1000 calorie day diet. Plus i play basketball and go to the gym twice a week. Burning between 750-800 calories in two days on a 1000 calorie diet. I didnt weigh myself for about 3 weeks and one day i did. When i did i weighed 119 pounds. I couldnt believe i lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks. Ever since then i started weighing myself ever week and i noticed i was dropping 2-3 pounds. I was very happy about that. But then i kinda realized that that wasnt normal. I get very tempted to be eat sweets. I eat alot of fruits and vegetables too. I really need to help to no if i am ruining my body or not!! Currently i am 111 pounds and i am still dropping the weight even when i am not working. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!
 
well, ok...a couple questions, How old are you?? how tall are you?? also..your NOT dieting now and still losing weight, is this correct??
 
i am 5'7 and i am 17. I am kinda dieting but not really. And yes everyday it is kinda different my weighted changes, i am usually around the 110 -112 mark. I will Weigh myself in one week and see if i weigh even less.
