Hi, my name is Pia, im 19 years old, from Chile, but I'm studying in Berlin, Germany. So I apologize for my crappy english!
My goal is to lose waight, but it is more important to educate myself than to be skinny. My big problem is... I was always the skinny one. Everyone in my family has been on a diet exept for me. I eat sweets EVERY day and have no clue about portions. As a kid I did a lot of sports, but a few years ago I had a disease and I wasn't able to do sports anymore. Now that I can, I was too lazy! But I didn't change anything else so I started to gain weight and I just don't feel confortable anymore.
Im 1.66m and 66 kilos (sorry, I have no idea what is this in pounds/inches), and I would like to be around 52/55 but in a healthy way. My family is always in crash diets and none of them is never lossing weight properly so they always gain that weight back (and no sports!! CRAZY!!).
So basically I'm going to the gym 6 hours a week and it feels great! but my most important problem is to eat healthy and not so many sweets!!!
I don't have really a time goal, but definitely has to be this year.
