I have been overweight since I was nine years old, I am 25 now and I want to do something about it; last week I changed my eating habits, cutting out all the crap including sugar and fizzy drinks, and I excersise every day, even if it is something simple like walking the dog or going for a jog around the block.
I have already lost 2 pounds in the last week, and I am currently at 201 at 5"8 inches tall, and my goal is to reach 154 lb
