Hi! Just introducing myself - I'm Mark, in England, and I'm losing weight by the old eating healthily and excercising route.

I'm currently 17 stone - 238 pounds - (17.10 when I started) and I'm aiming to get to 12.7 (175 pounds). (I'm 5'10" so a bit less than that would be ideal but anywhere between 12 and 13 stone would be good.)

Welcome to the forum, Mark. Stay patient and consistent and there is no reason you wont reach your goal.

Don't forget to read the stickies. Maybe even start your own journal.
