Hey everyone,
I've been lurking for a while and I guess I'll finally get up the guts to say Hi!
I've struggled with my weight for quite sometime, ever since I can remember really. I've been bulimic and a compulsive overeater for sometime and I've recently started down the path to recovery. I'm become overweight recently in the past few years as the eating disorders started being less and less effective.
I'm really into health and fitness and I've been working as a personal trainer until I finish university
I'm currently training for my first triathlon next year and I'll also be doing a marathon in a few months.
I've lost about 10 pounds so far and my goal feels within reach. My motivation is at an all time high and I really like having the huge goal of a marathon and triathlon to spur me on.
I hope to drop another 40 or so pounds. That will be somewhat underweight for my height of 5'9 but I want to be really cut for speed purposes.
I can't wait to join in on this site and maybe add some of my knowledge as a personal trainer and upcoming athlete
I can't wait for some inspiration from the dozens of you that have lost SO much weight! I hope to follow in your footsteps
