Hi there, My name is Jessica, I live in Newfoundland canada, And i am 16 years old..

I am An over weight teenager, and i would love to fix that problem.. I need a place where i can come for advice, and for support, and i hope i have found it.. I would like to start some sort of weightloss log where i can talk about my goals and when i have reached them.. Any advice anybody would like to give me on weight loss would be greatly appreciated!
