Good morning,

My name is Nick, I'm 23, and I've been on a bit of a health and fitness and weight loss campaign since about February 2008. Over the christmas period in 2007 I felt a bit plump, and according to photos now boy was I!

I'm 5'11" and weighed 102kg, had zero fitness and had lost a lot of confidence in my appearance.

Since then I'm now 86.9kg as of yesterday and hoping to get down to around 78kg by Christmas this year (24kg or so).

I'm here now in search of new techniques, advice.. perhaps supplements also.

I've engaged in a fair bit of weight training too now, I'm doing a 2 day split twice a week which was set up by my personal trainer and I hit the gym almost 2 times a day now (weights in the morning, cardio in the evening.)
