Hi Roomies!

I'm new to the forum today. I'm just getting started on my third attempt to lose weight and get healthy.
I have two children..one is 3 and the other is 10 months. I don't have alot of time to do workout but I've been fitting them in 3 times a day for 30 to 45 minutes for the past several weeks. That seems to be working time wise.

I'm tying to lose about 40 to 45 pounds. I have pain in my legs and feet due to the excess weight, so weight loss is very important for that and I want to be healthy primarily for my children. Did I mention I'm 39? so I'm not exactly a young mom. They have tons of energy and I need it.

Any advice/insight/help is always appreciated.

Hi!

I'm 39 years old also.. and I know how difficult it can be when you have young kids at home! When my kids were younger, the only time I could work in exercise was when they either napped (which was never at the same time) or at night when they were sleeping (and I was usually SO exhausted at that point!!) I do remember it was hard to find time, in between everything else a mom has to do!!

Good Luck to you, I'm sure you'll figure out a plan that will work for you!
