Hi & Question ?

I done a crash diet for 3 days a while ago and have unintentionally lost the muscle on my ass.Its fatty soft and saggy and my thighs are big and fat ecspecially on the inner thigh..When i walk my thighs rub together and i dont like it so what can i do to lose this fat saggy inner thigh and have a nice ass
