Hello! I don't have a crazy story - really, I am just trying to lose some weight and find some motivation on here to help me do it! I am not "overweight" by medical standards, but in my eyes I am - and really, that's all that matters - what YOU think about YOU. I have a gym membership, but I am a full time student (overloaded, even) and work part-time. I don't have kids to take care of, but I do have a fiance and a house that I have to take care of! I am getting married later this year, and do not fit into my wedding dress! I have a big weight gain - 20lbs in 3 months - which I think was mostly due to a new type of medication that I was put on. Anyway, I'm glad to be here and am looking forward to shedding those pounds! My goal is to lose 25-30 pounds by October of this year. Think that is a reasonable goal? That's, what... 7 1/2 months, so that's close to 1 lb a week I think. =) I'd love to kind of buddy up with another female who is in a situation like I am - I can be very motivational!
